I graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law and entered private practice in January 2008. I gained my initial experience and training under the guidance of McDorman & Hayden, a law firm located in the Lake of the Ozarks.  Initially, I handled a very diverse set of clientele and cases; however, over time I found my practice dedicated primarily to local business owners, real estate developers and condominium associations.  In June of 2016, Andrew Hardwick and I established our own law firm, Ellsworth & Hardwick .   At that time, my practice became largely dedicated to litigation, real estate development, condominium associations and catering to local business and property owners.  In June of 2019, Andrew and I dissolved our law firm and I became a solo practitioner. 

Since 2008, I have lived and worked in the Lake Ozark community and have provided legal counsel to many local businesses, real estate developers and condominium associations.  I have tried numerous lawsuits and have effectively settled many more.  I love living, working and playing at the Lake of the Ozarks and most of all enjoy raising my children here.  It is my goal to provide effective, professional and quality legal representation to the community and to help further the growth and development of this area for many years to come!
